Our History
A Louisiana Pacific plant management team learned of Dr. Weidlich’s success in reducing repetitive stress and over exertion injuries. They asked about the feasibility of providing on-site pre-medical services. A pilot program began targeting at-risk employees who had reported numbness and tingling and/or pain. Of the employees in the program, none of them needed to go to the doctor or filed a work comp claim.
Company follow-up studies revealed substantial savings of over $300,000 in work comp costs from the previous year.
Another company showed a 3 to 5 ROI relative to prior work comp costs.
Since then the program has been refined and adopted by several other companies who are experiencing similar cost saving benefits.
Our Founder
Dr. Weidlich earned a doctorate at the Southern California University of Health Sciences where he graduated magna cum laude in 1998. He is a member of the Delta Sigma Honorary Society of the Healing Arts and is listed in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. Earlier he earned a Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in 1983.
Dr. Weidlich’s chiropractic and physical rehabilitation training and innovative approach to workplace injuries are medically-oriented His procedures encompass many aspects of physical medicine and rehabilitation of the nerve, muscle and skeletal systems.
